All Trans Autos were suffering from many IT problems when we took over. They had no file organisation, files were simply saved on random computers throughout the office, so without good keeping, there was no easy way to backup, therefor it wasn’t being done. Emails weren’t working properly and all the computers were using out of date software, were slow and frequently crashed. We upgraded the computers, moved email hosting to Microsoft 365, installed a File Server, centralised all their important files, set an automated backup for the Server and installed hardware and security monitoring so that we can keep on top of everything.
